Looking for a laptop for Cyberpunk 2077 - around 1500 euro

Hi all,

I’m currently looking for a gaming laptop mainly for Cyberpunk 2077, ideally something that can also handle mods well.

What I’m aiming for is mainly high resolution and high graphics settings. I could live without ray tracing if dropping it makes the price much more reasonable, so RT is not a must.

My budget is around 1500€.

I live in Germany, so I’m mainly looking for models that are actually available here and preferably recommendations from German shops as well.

The Pixel-Goblins guide recommends the Acer Nitro V 16 AI with RTX 5070. Does anyone here have any first-hand experience with that model, especially for Cyberpunk 2077?

What I’m mainly looking for:

• good Cyberpunk 2077 performance
• high settings / good image quality
• modding should still be possible without issues
• available in Germany
• solid value for the money (what else^^)

If you were buying a laptop around this price range mainly for Cyberpunk, what would you go for?

My friend bought a asus proart with amd cpu (with new ai support) and nvidia 5080 its quite good and screen is also quite nice to look at (w-oled if i remember correct) Dlss is quite important for my opinion it makes everything less complicated. (works less problematic too) you might want to look at this computers.

I highly recommend the ASUS Republic of Gamers line. I owned 2 desktop replacements over time. I'll put it this way, the computer I'm on right now is an RoG G71 that I bought in 2011. It's still running fine.

Also, don't worry too much about "top-of-the-line" specs. Like any good PC builder, they won't just slap the components with the biggest numbers in their machines. They specifically choose hardware that will sync well together. Specs that may look underwhelming tend to produce buttery performance.

If it says RoG or TUF, you'll get a lot of bang for the buck.
