My game crashed recently and though it was installed, Steam thought it wasn't and it had to "reinstall" again. Gamma is supposed to be an option under Video settings but as you can see...
Edit: Discovered the culprit. For some strange reason, the display setting was set at "Borderless Window" instead of "Full Screen". Setting it back to the latter option did the trick.
