I can't kill any trolls in the game. It just makes me sad how they are tormented by humans who then ask you to kill them. Damn I sound like a PETA person or something.

Who else loves trolls ?

I killed the one in Flotsam because I thought it was the only way to finish the amulet quest and was annoyed to find out that the witch that could do the quest had in her store all the ingredients I needed...

I had to kill one, unfortunately. Misha Troll bug happened and after peaceful resolution with Geralt and Roche. I got attacked, despite "No harm in talking to trolls, see?" This is a known bug in v2.0 version.

I like adieu pangrat character and still I'd rather kill him than the she troll. Luckly he gives up before I kill him.

I know it is a Witchers job to get rid of monsters but (nekkers and drowners no problem ) i just didn't have a heart to kill the trolls they are sweet

Yes. You should've loaded your previous save and avoided going anywhere him. I did.
