There is a bug in the mission Love Like Fire when your in the helicopter and your shooting the enemies on the roof. When you circle around for the second time enemies start coming up the stairs and if you shoot them early then the fourth enemy gets stuck behind the door making the quest impossible to complete. The two videos show the bug happening and waiting for the four enemies to appear before shooting. If this happens to you then just reload the save where it starts you in the helicopter and wait until you see the four enemies on the staircase before shooting at them.
