Love Rollercoaster job doesn't appear in my game

The side job "Love Rollercoaster" in Pacifica never showed up in my game. As I understand it; this is supposed to populate on the map after the prologue mission is finished, but for me it never did. I finished the Voodoo Boys main mission questline already. I can physically go to the rollercoaster, but no one is there. I have max street cred. This inadvertently locks me out of the complete all gigs/hustles in Pacifica achievement as well.

I also had the quest never pop up but you can go there and fix the fuse box nevertheless and take ther ride.

So this is a bug or there is another condition to appear. I did this starting the ACT II, after met Takemura in the restaurant.
u should meet young people having good time and trying to repair the rollercoaster.

Its a bug, I mean, the job is simply fix the rollercoaster. You can fix it but it never appear as a job/sidequest...

I understand now why looking the achievements, there is not much ppl with "Greetings from Pacifica!" when the area is very small and there are few missions to do. This one is simply hidden... like other ones. I hope they fix it next patch.

I'm 20 tech and I've unlocked the final mission and finished most if not all side character stories but the mission still hasn't appeared. I'll check if I can fix it again without the quest.

No luck. Can't seem to interact with anything that might be relevant.

It took me a while to find the fuse box... its underneath on a little ledge, keep looking you'll find it.

This must have been removed from the game or from the Pacifica achievement because I got the achievement and never fixed the coaster or got the mission prompt.

I never got this mission either. And I beat everything in the game. Minus the secret ending. So it's been bugged out since 1.03.

Maybe. But then other sidequest is bugged or something. I have everything cleaned on that area and nothing about the archivement. And it's happening to me aswell on the badlands one. Idk whats happening...

Even if the gig doesn't pop up as an icon you still might be able to ride the coaster. Go out there, check to see if the car has a question mark over it like it is part of a gig. If so, head back along the tracks until you see the little metal antenna tower just after the platform ends. Hop down onto the maintenance platform and next to said antenna is a repair box which you can use your tech on and then go ride the coaster with Johnny.

Screen taken where it worked for me but a friend's game still worked without the gig being available.

Yeah. The mission still functions. But I just went there because I didn't have much to do in the game. Pacifica really has so little to do in the game.

I have neither the box, nor the car itself in my playthrough.
This is 1.06, last mission done, "one more gig" option.
