Low fps during cut cenes
Alright i am running the game on Ultra with a custom config:
What gives?
Note that ubersampling is disabled.
Specs:GTX 580,6GB RAM,I7 920

Now the game runs ok ish during gameplay(usually averaging at around 40fps) but during most cut scenes the frame rates take a dive into the 20s and sometimes the go as low as 15fps![Rendering]
