Low fps issue during cut scenes.

Is anyone else suffering bad fps during cut scenes? I have a pair of 980's and a 4790k so it shouldn't be my system holding me back.

They run at 29 fps, nothing you can do

Its 30fps locked, I think for lip synch.

Wait, it's 30 FPS locked? Like Dragon Age: Inquisition?
That's honestly really disappointing. Is there a way to disable it?

I can put up to ultra settings but by disabling the hairworks even in low setting while enabling the hair works gives me lags

Dunno if it works but I changed MovieFramerate=30 to 60 in user.settings in Documents/The Witcher 3 and the FPS/stutter seems to have gone.
