low gpu usage 45% - 32%

I have this weird problem where my gpu usage says around 40 - 50 % and i have around 35 - 60 fps on my gt 680, but when i look in a certain direction my fps drops to 18 and my gpu usage falls to 30%

some people suggested that this was a cpu bottleneck, but i have only experienced this problem with this game so idk what to do at this point.

All of my other games that require a lot of juice typically have my gpu running from 70 - 90 %, and they run perfectly fine...unlike this game lol.

specs

gtx 680 2gb

amd phenom II x6 @ 3.8 ghz

8gb ddr3 RAM

game maxed except for uber btw

It appears that i only get this problem when i pan my camera at a certain angle. Still, I have no idea what it is.

This has been an ongoing problem for a year now, sadly.

I appreciate you trying to help, but my nvidia card can not use the drivers you rolled back to in order to fix the problem.

Also my power mode in both my nvidia control panel and in Windows is in high performance.

try the same fix but use nvidia drivers

catalyst 13.3= last drivers for amd

catalyst 12.6= released like in june of 2012



so in your case is like

nvidia 314.22=last driver for nvidia

use some old drivers from 2012 like 301.42 or something like that

I think new ones are needed because of him owning a GTX680 (latest generation)...?
