I implemented streaming now. So in the current version when you enter the gates of the town, you will have a short loading screen. Despite the level being more detailed, much bigger and looking much better now, the FPS are greatly improved because of that. However you won't have loading screens for idividual houses like in The Witcher 2.
With my PC I got around 35 fps right at the start of Lykaon in the demo version. Now I get 55-60.

I had like 15-17 some time ago, while TW2 was running on 24-25 on the same details. I will try Lykaon again in some time, thanks for the reply!

Yes, the next version of Lykaon will be released when it is finished. But of course I will continue working on the mod after getting some more feedback, fixing bugs, etc.
I'll also release the "editor version" of the level shortly after the playable mod, so people who are interested can do their own mods, add new quests, etc. in the level.

Yes, I will definitely release it this year (since from a purely practical standpoint, no one will be interested in Lykaon after they've seen The Witcher 3 ). Right now I actually can't find any time to work on the mod, but I finished all the "hard" tasks and left is basically just adding quests and bug fixing (and recording a full voice over, but I might release a version without full voice over before that, since it is a huge amount of work).

We always had those animations, I am just using them more frequently.
