I have put in a ticket on this, but I'll post it here if other's are having the same problem and figured out how to get past it. Mac M4 Mini; got to the first BD with Judy and Evelyn, but as soon as V entered the BD, the white flash screen just stayed in place and the dialog carried on. I could hit ESC and get back to the main menu and, upon resuming, the white screen would be gone, but then all I could see was a mosaic of scenes frozen in time, while dialog carried on as normal. A quit and reload did not solve the problem. The save I sent to CDPR was right at the BD entry flash, so hopefully, that's helpful. In any case, I'm going to try and skip the BD tutorial and see if the normal one does the same thing.
Tech support responded that I need to turn off Frame Generation before entering a BD and enable it again when I'm done. Otherwise, they're looking into it. Haven't tested this yet, but will later on.
Turning off Frame Generation indeed stopped the problem...it seems to have also solved the other crashing problems I'd been having. Got a few trouble-free hours in earlier finally.
