MaelStrom Getting the flatline mission crashing in final room

Is anyone else crashing in the final room of the mission where you get the Flathead robot thing from the maelstrom guys? I get to the final room and if I walk past half way in the room the game just crashes. Or if im sneaking and i pull out my gun it crashes. Ive tried verifying game files and reloading old save to do it another way but every path i have to go into that room and it just crashes me. A picture of the room is attached

Had this too, crashed continuously.. what helped for me was (and I cant tell you whitch altough I presume the latter) fresh install and updated gc-drivers
