Here my already posted video of the issue.
I also tried submitting a ticket a month ago or so, but like the guy in the other thread it would never submit the ticket and i had to give up that method.

It is a video of the older game version but the bug is still the exact same.
The bug can be resolved by disabling path tracing and then disabling raytraced lighting fully.
It is not influenced by Raytraced shadows or reflections.
I also find some very distracting shadow popin happening with the ray or pathtraced shadows.
I don't understand how this cannot be an actively researched bug/glitch.
Only reason i can think of is that the majority doesn't use the full RT capabilities of this game and just doesn't run into this issue.
