Sorry, but this double standards are just sad (or funny - I am not sure). How many times has Geralt been used? How many turned their back towards him, how many backstabbers etc?
In case of sorceresses, there was usually greater good (actual good, not some fanatic visions). Philippa was very reasonable and I don't remember, when some mage captured him and forced him to cooperate. On the other hand - Radovid, Henselt, Emhyr and many others - just stupid dishonest idiots - many of them owe their lifes to him and yet they wanted him dead after that. Most of them sick bast**ds, who just want more power at all cost. On the other hand - Philippa, Yen and Triss have some vision, they risked their life for people, they helped North two times to defeat invader.
And Keira? How she used him? Do you really HAVE to help her? Did you expect that she tells you all secrets, when you do something for her? Did she search for you to use you or did you search her for something?
Yennefer is also sterile and Ciri is still her daughter (and his). Someone cares just about genes, the others saw who risked her (and his) life to save her and how much they love her.
But if you rather count her father as a man with incestous desires just for his sick visions..
