Make game not crash same spot

I am on the main mission talking to Dex right after Jackie dies, and Dex is about to respond to what are we going to do now. The game closes. Keeps happening.

This is the only crash I have experienced in cyberpunk.

Ryzen i5 5600k
Gigabyte 3060 gaming 12g OC
32g ddr4 corsair pc3600...

running at least 120 fps under 150 F or less for both processor and GPU.
I doubt it is system stability?

Sounds like a few other story bugs I see on storyline but different spot.

maybe the report was one of these two files I see in the crash report tool

I'm not an expert at all and maybe you already try but you can follow the steps provide by CDPR and also send a report to CDPR Support with "Contact Us" button (you can include a save and DxDiag).

"6. Make sure you did not change the clock rate of your GPU and CPU. Any kind of overclocking or underclocking may result in flatline crashes and inadvertently cause permanent damage to your hardware."
