Why does Tibor draws the top Bronze card? Make it draw the top card.

Tibor used to draw the top card. It was changed for a reason; the possibility of drawing opponent a gold was too significant a drawback.

There are so many strong bronze cards in the game that Tibor is rarely a completely safe play. Worst case scenario (that I can think of): Tibor draws Dimeritium Shackles that then turn him into Villentretenmerth's victim.
