that gotta be a bug on your side that should not happen, i dont have this problem when i do what you did in the video the enemy just explodes... game needs allot of fixes hope CDPR gets on it STAT!!!

i tried wih different weapons and same problem . No damage , no hitbox on enemi when you strafe or velocity are broken or doesn't exist... maybe during the strafe.

i have just tested that and i see no problem what so ever it all works here although i did notice that it took a sec before i saw any damage stats coming up.
