M'ap Tann Pelen bugged/ Answer Mr. Hands

My quest is bugged and I cant get Mr. Hands to call me back, He called me while i was doing other missions and during a cutscene and it bugged and now i cant get his call again. Tried calling him and he didnt answer. I have no other missions to do but that one

Same exact problem on my side, game breaking, can't progress main story.
Have you find any way to fix this?

You didn't specify what system you are playing on but the same article can be found for consoles as well.

But usually, it's best to reload a previous save game and try again.
