March press conference?

One female dev, (can't remember ether name) on twitter, was answering a question,and answered by saying something along the lines of" wait until CDPR addresses this in march. I have also heard various people on these forums say that CDPR traditionally does march press conferences. This would also be the expected time they announce the release date..., so is there any news on if they are actually having this said march press conference, or if there is a specific date they have in mind on when this will take place? It would give the fans something to look forward to.

Has CD Project Red found replacements for Maciej zczesnik and Marek Ziemak? Will it affect TW3?

It won't affect the game in any way, don't worry. And wait for the March comment on the topic from the company.

"Aga" is working in Public Relations at CD Projekt RED, so while she's not a developer, she definately holds a lot of cards and sometimes if you tweet at her she'll reveal hints on upcoming events and announcements, like a digital 21st century Piñata. Just remember she herself is very much an analog being.

I don't think there will be a conference this spring. They used to do that but i think they won't anymore. It was more about business side of things anyway

Pretty sure at some point in January one of the interviews stated we'd get Release Date info within the next couple of months, which pretty much hinted towards March, maybe early April at the latest.
So I think this is a strong possibility... But some Footage? Lets not get our hopes up folks. We all know how that has burned us before.

I should clarify what I meant. The somewhat gloomy mood many forum members have expressed is because of the current dry spell regarding Witcher 3 news. Conference or not, something seems to be happening, and the devs are always up to something(good). :laughing:

So March then is it(that we're finally given some new gameplay vids, screenshots, updates about the game etc.)?
It was a hopeful wish.

I suspect that whenever pre-orders and the release date are announced, we will get a very long gameplay trailer detailing also some of the story and characters, perhaps even followed by the CGI intro for the game, and a new developer diary too even.

This is the way they are starting the marketing campaign imo, they're gonna make one huge mind-blowing reveal, get the preorders coming and the hype until release, and then save E3 for a live gameplay demonstration.

I highly doubt E3 is going to be just for new gameplay footage on video: we know already the preorders and release date are in a different date than E3, and both events are so important that it'd be foolish to just offer a new gameplay trailer for both or one just for E3.
