Master Sword Crafter?

I can't seem to find a master sword craftsman that will forge me a sword. I've come across master armorers, but none for weapons.. Anyone know where I may find one? Thank you in advance!

Look for Hatori in the Bits section in Novigrad. You'll need to complete a high level quest to unlock him but he's the same guy who made the swords in Kill Bill, so you know he's got the juice.
