Well, you should learn about the whole story in the background of this picture then.

This 11-year old girl is a winner in a contest organized by the local authorities of a town Forney in Texas to promote interest in politics among youth. As a prize she won a possibility to be the mayor of the town for one day. Her first act of ruling was to rename a part of the town's Main Street to "Justin Bieber Way".

Yeah, figure the rest for yourself.

My face still hasn't recovered from the massive jawdrop that story gave me, holy crap.

And here I though that the name of the street was shopped!

Such a perfect picture for the whole concept of 'dumb'! I'd dare say that it should be placed in the dictionary!

It went after the first game dude.

It's a still an awesome game but I prefer the first by a mile.

I prefer the first game by three miles. I just finished the 2nd one.

Extremely short. The graphics even though it's nice and Geralt looks way better just has too much color (Sometimes it would resemble a cartoon). Or it was probably because I was playing on Ultra. The combat is still not the way it should be, I take back what I said about the menus, the first one was better, and so on, I can probably write pages of what I thought about The Witcher 2. Hopefully CDPR makes The Witcher 3 like the first but improved.

It's all about the bottom line, nothing more and nothing less. There is nothing wrong with this approach though - I mean for heaven's sake, some of Mozart's best compositions were written for a pay-cheque, in a manner of speaking.

I agree with those who said that the story, intrigue and themes explored and the way they were explored is pretty mature and not mainstream. Its political plot is more complex than any RPG I played, for sure.

Giving us the option of walking away from Letho is a strong indicator that CDPR expects those who play to be mature adults who don't want boss fights for the sake of it, unlike another developer who thought that way.

I know that you have the right for you own opinion on the internet. And as I have the right for my own opinion about your own opinion, it is this: "LOL"

Yep, let's hope every developer in this world goes back to making the games like they used to. What a great way to push things forward - go backward!

This was my biggest worry for TW2, that they would try to mainstream it, Americanize it, make it more...palatable for the masses. They didn't. They stuck to their guns and I applaud them for that. So let the 'C' word fly. Let political intrigue run amok and heads roll. Let witches burn at the stake, kings get their balls cut off, elves and servants get raped, humans get mobbed, kingdoms crumble, and let Triss show her glorious bum. This game's for adults.

WTF does "Americanize" it mean? If you mean dumbed down then  .

The makers of that game are Canadian, not American. Stop with the "americanized" crap.

It means accessible, mainstreamed. America is the melting pot and a Witcher game made with that in mind would lose it's character. So simmer down there.

I'm American btw.

I think mainstreamed or consolized are better terms.

Stop acting so butthurt and calling people assholes. And yes, call me too demanding, but the idea of naming a street after that piece of music trash sounds dumb to me. No matter if in America or any other country including my own. But yeah, I guess everyone has his own authorities and heroes.

Putting aside your very adult and contructive language, our comments were aimed at the whole idea of making an 11 year girl Mayor for one day and allow her to do dumb things.
At least, mine were.

Sorry. But to act all superior because an 11 year old likes JB, is the epitome of nerd superiority complex.

I don't mind her liking anyone she desired, but she kinda went too far with her fangirlsm I think.

But I can see that something hurts you really bad, cause you keep insulting people. What does your inner Freud tell you about that?

She's eleven, though. Eleven year old me would've given my hometown Spice Girls St. or something equally stupid. Now, those who let her go through with that idea are another matter altogether.
