Megathread for [Fast Travel Bug, Crash during cutscene, Error reading location]

Dear CD Projekt RED,

I found so many thread about this Bug/ Crash whatever, and i could swear, it is exakt the same issue.
So many ppl on PC and XBOX One have this Problem and me too.
We all cant Progress the game. and i Hope you guys will doing somthings for this. maybe a hotfix or something eles.

I cant Travel to other Maps im stuck in Velen. i deinstall and reinstall the game 3 times and it still dosent work. Please Help us to solve this Problem.
