I rescued a Person In Distress just south of the Border Post. He said he was a merchant and would be found amongst the refugees there. I went away, did some quests, returned to the area and the merchant's MIA. The map shows the merchant icon at the cage where he was kept captive but of course the cage is open and empty. He's nowhere to be found.
Any fix for this annoying glitch? When I rescued him he started walking north but I didn't hang around to see him to his destination.
