Message about Ev's Funeral

I have received a message from Judy about Ev's funeral, and when I came to the Judy's apartments to support her or etc. She stand in front of closed window and wasn't interactive at all.
That was pretty dissapointing, 'cause it's a very good situation to develor V-Judy relationship, or just - small sidequest or some of like this.
Please CD Project RED, hear my call. It's a big lost for Judy and it's lame, that we can't participate in that.

At the same time, you wasn't too close to Evy (Just meet her one time in Lizzie's Bar).
The only thing about this message, it's you can find his Evy's niche in Colombarium (if i remember correctly).

Think you misunderstood Judy's message. She wasn't saying there was a funeral for Ev, just that Judy had her remains put in the columbarium, should V like to visit the "grave".
