For $250, you can get a full size arm with the Japanese version. Now you too can cut off your arm and replace it with a cybernetic hand! 
Wonder if the English would be on the disc as well.

It is looks cool, but expensive as hell. Generally I do not wear watch, but if this would be cheaper, than I might consider it to buy. The Seiko watches are not cheap watches not to mention that this one is have MGS brand and even limited.

As it turned out in Hungary there is a retail copy for GZ on PC as well, I did ordered it yesterday and it arrived a hour ago. Sadly there is no manual or two sided cover.

Looking at that makes me wish the collectors edition was just the steelbook + making of blu-ray, without snake's bionic dong.
Well, the japanese Premium Package was allways superior to the CE's from the rest of the world, so I don't even surprised.

This is a common money grabber, I mean a mere watch with MGSV logo behind... Seiko made it because actually there are people who buy anything that have a MGS logo on it.
About Hayter, I feel he's trolling all of us and he will be back to voice young Solid Snake/David.
I don't know. Hayter's expression seemed pretty real, but he is an actor after all. Kojima said that this game will complete the loop of the MGS series, so that would make sense if Hayter return as Solid Snake at the end of the game.
