mfc100u.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.

So as stated in the title im getting this error, "mfc100u.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error." when trying to launch, The Witcher 2. I've tried installing the VcRedistx86 package in the folder (This is on Steam). I get an error that say I have a newer version installed so it cannot proceed. I ran a System File scan to make sure there were no errors. If anyone has a fix for this please help I'd really like to play this game.

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Video Card: Geforce GTX 650 TI OC
Processor: i5 3330
RAM: 8Gb 1600 Mhz

I was only able to install the latest ones without Widnwos telling me I had a newer version so it couldn't install it. However this did not work. Still getting the same error.

From Control Panel>Programs and Features uninstall the 2012 and 2010 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables and then reinstall them
