Microstutter every second

+
I have a microstutters every 1 second and it's really annoying to play like this!
I upgraded my PC last month and finally thought I will finish cyberpunk, but about 3 days ago microstutters appeared (I was on pacifica vodoos mission) I played through whole mission like that, thinking it will end after misson, but it didn't. I tried some fixes from internet (checking cache in steam, disabling rBAR in nvidia inspector and other... But neither of them helped. And than... it stoped stuttering by itself. I played about a day and it started again. I tried to do the same thing I did last time but it didn't helped. I played about 50 hrs without them and they started just now. Last time I installed mod there weren't any stutters. It appeared after 3 or 4 startups of the game after I installed last mod. Does someone know how to fix that?

Please help!

What did you upgrade, and did these stutters appear before or after the upgrade? Microstutter is normally down to either drivers or an outside program interfering with the game.

0.) Using any mods, or have you ever used any in the past?

1.) Are you using any form of anti-virus (McAffee, Norton, Comodo, etc.)

2.) Check to see if your drives are getting full. To ensure max performance, there should be about 20% free space on all drives so that the swap file can function without having to relocate other data. (I doubt it's this unless you're down to <10% on an SSD. The stutter might crop up occasionally, but it wouldn't be consistent.)

3.) Are you using streaming software, video capture, etc.? Just having programs like that in the background can create a lot of draw on the system.

4.) It could be due to an update for Windows or other API, firmware, driver, etc. that suddenly isn't playing nicely with the game on your system.

5.) Are any other devices plugged in or wirelessly connected to your computer (smartphone, camera, audio system)? Anything besides the normal peripherals (mouse, keyboard, gamepad, flightstick, headsets, etc.)?

One thing that's easy to try, as CP2077 is doing a lot more under the hood than an action game, is grant plenty of overhead to the game. I would lock frames at 60 or 64 to start, then walk the cap up to 72, 128, 144, etc. It could just be the game not syncing properly with key frames.

0) I use some mods, but I already tried uninstalling them and it didn't help
1) I don't use anti-viruses
2) Drivers and SSD is good, there's no problem with them
3) I don't use
4)I don't update windows
5) I have usb device plugged in that gives my pc Bluetooth. But I guess it's not the problem
I occasionally found out today, that loading an older save file (maybe 1 day ago before the latest save) solves the problem. I didn't tried yet to replay game from this savefile, but I guess then it has something to do with specific mission. I already had those stutter when completing pacifica vodoos main mission, then stutters disappeared, and now on Arasaka heist with Takemura mission and stutters again

You should try to perform a clean install of the game. If you simply "uninstalled" them, there are good chances that some mod data remain in the game files (in the save files as well).

That could still be the problem. Try starting a new game and see if the issues happen. When you save with mods running, the reference data from those mods are permanently a part of the save file. It doesn't guarantee that something will go wrong, but if it does, those can be some of the weirdest issues you'll see.

Newer drivers are not always the best drivers for a game. Rolling back may be worth a shot. As new drivers release, the new code will be specifically written for newer games. That can sometimes introduce issues with older titles (3+ years old). Might also be worth a shot, but I wouldn't start with this.

4)I don't update windows
Ew...that used to work, but with Win10 onwards, updates are required, as DirectX is now integrated into Windows itself. Staying current with Windows is pretty vital.

It very well could be. Peripherals are fine, but things like phones, cameras, dongles that control household devices like A/C or lighting, recording hardware like mixing boards, etc. can and will act as a conflict with gaming if they're trying to use the CPU or RAM while the game is running. Try unplugging it and see what happens (unless you need it for your mouse or headset or whatever. If it came with a peripheral, then it should be fine.)

That again smacks of mod-related stuff. If a mod altered something that crosses over with those missions, it may leave a game script running in an endless loop or calling for an asset that is no longer there, since the mod is uninstalled. It's also not as simple as, for example, "No, I only downloaded a mod that added cosmetics." Mods can often make edits to things that seem totally unrelated to end users, but they actually have to change all sorts of seemingly unrelated things to work correctly.

Be systemic if you try things. From the sound of it, if what you describe above is re-creatable, then it could very well be something in that mission that's triggering it.

Again, I'd recommend playing on a brand-new character for an hour or two, just to see if the issues arise again. If not, then it's almost certainly something that exists in those save files.
