Microstuttering with new Nvidiia patch 358.91

Hi everyone. After recent patch for Nvidiia graphics cards (in my case 2x GTX 980) I have encountered micro stuttering back in the game. This one is really bad as I use G-sync monitor. Playing at 90FPS does not feel like playing at this frame rate and those little freezes are shitty. Did anyone countered micro stuttering with new nvidiia patch?

Using a single GTX 970 and it runs completely smooth for me.
Probably an SLI problem you are having.

Not again , the previous patch from CDPR and Nvidia driver created same problem last month. Some odd things with SLI profiles.

Yep. Typical of Nvidia to fix something in one driver update, just to break it again in the next.
