Milled Most of my Cards; Do not Have Enough Left to Create a Deck

So I milled every single starter card because I wanted to create some of the good Nilfgaard cards early, after a few days of playing Nilfgaard I wanted to play as Scoia'tael, so I milled all my cards and created a new Scoia'tael deck from scratch. Just one problem.... I have no ore or scraps left... and I only have 18 card. I literally can't do anything... like at all. I can't find a game, I cant play the challenges, I can't even play practice. What am I supposed to do now?
