Please help, brain hurts.

I have 6 lesser glyphs of Igni which should be more than enough to combined them. I have the schematic and it says in the crafting window "Missing ingredient" 0/3 lesser glyphs of Igni. Although I'm staring at them... right as a matter in fact. I'm staring SUPER HARD!

I Lost The Gwent Tutor In WO.....

I made it to Vizima and met with the emperor, etc. when I realized I had yet to play a single hand of Gwent. So, I went back to WO and the Gwent tutor guy was gone.... Now what? Are there other tutors in the game?

Can we really not disable the yellow circles on the map and minimap which show us the location of our next objective? I can't find an option for it in the menu, but I swear they said we can turn this feature off.

From what I observed it's 8-9 AM to 5-6 PM, but don't quote me on that. I did run into situations where one of the blacksmiths wasn't there for half a day, guessing they did this to spice up their schedule and make it more believable.

Same thing happened to me with the Gwent tutorial. I just started a new game with a separate save file ( make a least 2 manual saves of your current game to guarantee you don't accidentally overwrite it.) Once you start a new game, skip all tutorials and dialogue when possible and you get access to the Gwent tutorial after about 10 minutes or so. Do the tutorial then just reload you current save and continue on.

I think you can, although I haven't checked them in detail.
It's from the Options after you load the game, then under Graphics/HUD configuration.

There's a bug on this since 1.05. I think you may need to wait for the next update.

50 Headshot kills Trophy/Achievement

Does anybody know if killing wildlife (goats, deer etc) counts towards the headshot achievement? Would have been nice to see progress against achievements.

Palace still good place for storage?

I remember someone saying the palace is safe to leave items there, anyone else leave stuff there? I prefer keeping some stuff, I remember skyrim used to delete stuff after 24 hours I'm game

As far as i know the game doesn't delete dropped loot.
I have dropped stuff in some villages and after hours of gameplays the stuff is still there.

I hope it doesn't, so annoying having no storage, pointless

I dropped loot in White Orchard, and it's still there (I'm now almost at the end of that particular playthrough). But there seems to be a limit on how much you can leave in any one location, so you may need to move to one of the palaces later in the game.

Or just sell it. Most of it is useless anyway.

Is gwynt important for xp?

I'm level 15, never played a full game of gwynt because I started on 1.01, the "skip round" option was bugged and crashed the game. Am I gonna get high level without doing gwynt quests or am I gonna have to farm to get to level 30 and such?

I'm level 34 right now. Didn't do any Gwent, horseriding or fistfighting quests.
So no, it isn't necessary.

The Alchemist hut from White Orchard is locked for whatever reason for me, well actually not even locked because it doesn't show up the "locked" message, it's just that the door doesn't open.
I tried getting in in different hours but that didn't help. Not that it's important that i get in or anything since i finished the game but, is this a known bug ?

When you say limit, how do I know what the limit is? Do you mean I can only leave a certain amount of loot in one area? I currently have loads in palace, should start another place as well as palace

Aargh, sorry, no. I've just checked, I've no appropriate saves left from that playthrough.
I left at least four piles of stuff at White Orchard, then it stopped me from dropping any more there. I moved on to Kaer Morhen and started dumping stuff there instead. So I think it's "per area".
But, to be honest, there doesn't seem to be much point. Most of it really is useless.
