Misheard Song Lyrics

+
Here's a new, fun (hopefully) thread. Post song lyrics you've misheard, and what the real lyrics are. Music videos optional.

A few to get things started:

1. Katy Perry - Teenage Love
"Don't ever love pie" is actually "Don't ever look back"

2. Samu Haber - Crazy
"You're my Jeeves*, my best friend" is actually "Your IG's my best friend" (the CD version is less clear than the linked video)

3. Mika - Stuck in the Middle
"Who've never been Igni'd" is actually "Who will believe me"

4. Samu Haber - Hollywood Heels
"Taking badass drives deep in the winter" is actually "Taking badass driver, tipping the waiters"

Feel free to add your own. I always find these kinds of things fun. :D

* From P.G. Wodehouse's Jeeves and Wooster books

Not actually a song lyric, but I hope this is close enough for this...

As non native English speaker, "every nook and granny" has always been my favorite. Which, of course, should be "every nook and cranny". This actually took many, many years, before I started wondering if it's really granny or not.

I would really like to know the lyrics of the "No Gods, Only Monsters" Witcher 4 trailer.
They are nowhere to be found
Does anybody know and is willing to share?

Flatline from Growl FM
I hear the hook as "Throw me a Budlight!".
the actual song hook "Going Flatline!"

I knew how I was hearing it was wrong. The video showed the lyrics, so I've long figured it out... but I still hear the Budlight lyric. I think it's more fun no matter how silly it is.

Probably somewhat predictable...but I'm hoping it may have been generationed out:

Weird Al is brilliant, and that song is an excellent parody of the Nirvana hit (as in, it's equally impossible to make out the lyrics in both versions).

Misheard lyrics are often way more fun than the real lyrics. :D

I have a few to add.

Peter Frampton - Baby, I Love Your Way
"Ooh, baby I love your wig" is actually "Ooh, baby I love your way".

Michael Jackson - Billie Jean (doubly misheard!)
"A bit of cheese and my love" is actually "Billie Jean is not my lover"
"But the cheddar's by my side" is actually "But the kid is not my son"

Cutting Crew - (I Just) Died in Your Arms
"Must've been some kind of cheese" is actually "It must've been some kind of kiss"

In my case, I always hear Spanish phrases in Caramelldansen.

- I hear in Spanish: "Los amigos, ya está aquí la gente" (which in English is "Friends, the people are here now") when it's actually supposed to be "Dansa med oss, kappa era händer."

I thought I had a thing for cheese. I bow to your greatness.
