Missable Gwent Cards?

Just came to find out that there are certain gwent cards that are missable in the game (link below) and was just wondering if they'll be made available through other means in some patch or no? Cause playing through the game again just to get all of the gwent cards is a little ridiculous... And I know not everyone aims to plat the game but for those of us that do its a bit whack.

Without spoiling when...can anyone tell me if the High Stakes mission becomes unavailable at some point?

I've just finished most of Novigrad and headed to Skellige for the first time. Don't want to miss out on that mission and all it's delicious cards

You can rest easy, I've been to Skellige, and it's still active.

Don't worry you have to do it later on anyway if you try early on you won't be allowed to enter if you have a sub par deck
