Missed Johnny's Pants - Any way to still get it with current patch?

I somehow did not pick up Johnny's Pants. There are some videos on YT on how to get back to the apartment but I guess they do no longer work on the latest patch. Does anyone know of a way to still get there?

Anyway CDPR why not make the elevator work in open world after the mission?

You get the pants as usual during the mission Psychofan, in the bedroom where you unlock the door to the guitar.
