Missing cards

I've paid for kegs yet the cards are missing, also my main playing cards are gone a lot. It's hard to play when your cards are gone after you PAID for them.

Restart the game. Cards will be visible in your collection and deck builder.

Almost the same issue here. I won few cards, can see them in my collection but not when creating (or modifying) a deck. Restarted the game a few times (it happened yesterday), nothing changed. Playing on Xbox One by the way.

I lost connection in a match earlier, then when I reconnected I had lost all of my cards. Luckily it seems to have fixed itself now, though.
