Missing hands

After finsish The Witcher 3, I want to finsish another time W2 but i have a problem, when i unequip my gloves Geralt still wears them, if I save and reload, he has invisible hands.

That sounds as though you either have corrupt game files, or there's some mod installed. I suggest you do a clean reinstallation.
