Missing the pole for street signs and traffic lights all over the place.
Parking meters look complete from a distance but when you get close the part that sits on the ground disappears.
The bench next level down from V's appartement, the right hand side arm rest isn't attached.

Yes. There is a strange and known bug with some objects missing while getting closer instead of further away.
