in my case it is a migrated account of the microsoft store I finished the tutorial and instead of open the chest reward I played the alternative mission of the tutorial after I got the box but it did not give me the rewards. i already play again the last missions of the tutorial erase the temporary files of the game and resintale it completely. If I log in with another account these rewards hey appear, but no in the account i just migrate, there is something else I can do? to support me?
