Mission files edition- is it possible?

Hello everyone!
I am wondering- is it possible by any way eg.mods/debug console/manually game code changes, to create a "save" of the game with all choices I want from any point of the game, bestiary and so on? I am asking this, cuz I just finished Witcher 3 on PS4 and now I would like to start playing DLC's on PC starting with whole game progress I achieved on PS4. Is there ANY way to bo even close to this idea?

You could try to find an existing save; someone might have what you need. There's a thread for that here on the forums, and I know Nexus has plenty of save files that can be downloaded.

As for creating such a save from scratch, that sounds like something that the modding subforum might know more about. I'm going to move the thread there.

Possible, but really cumbersome.

The major plotlines would be easy to inject, but smaller choices in minor quests etc, that would make it harder.
