Mission Life during Wartime - Wait for Panam Bug

on PS5 during “Life During Wartime” mission, Panam gets stuck inside the car and never approaches V. I’ve tried all troubleshooting (restart, reload, reinstall), but the issue persists. I can’t replay the mission since I’ve already progressed 24+ hours and completed multiple missions after it. I need a fix.

Well except clearing the cache if you didn't, there is no much you can do

1. Power down your console. Do not enter Rest Mode.
2. Wait for the lights on your PlayStation to turn off completely and unplug the power cable.
3. Wait minimum 2 minutes.
4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation and turn the console on.

A shame you kept playing after encountering the issue, because I'm confident that simply reloading a previous save would have fixed it. Anyway, if clearing the cache doesn't work, I suggest to directly send a ticket to the support ("contact us" button).
