I have just encountered a bug for the mission 'This Corrosion'.
After you accept the mission and speak to Yoko Tsuru she will look the shard over. When I clicked the option to 'Wait for Yoko to finish' she motioned to put the shard on the table but it was floating in the air to the left of it and I was unable to loot it.
A simple fix is to reload your last save before handing her the shard and instead of selecting 'Wait for Yoko to finish' just walk outside the door and 'Skip Time' for 24 hours and you will get a different interaction text to pick up the shard.
