Misty just stand glitch

I can't talk to Misty anymore. She just stands at the little shrine she has in her shop and I can't interact with her. Has anyone else had this problem?

The only thing you can do in this situation is not to go to her about the Tarot cards on the walls before the “Heroes” mission, she is unavailable precisely because we go to talk to her about the Tarot cards before the “Heroes” mission, after this mission she becomes available for dialogue. Or just wait for the next HotFix, and hope it gets fixed.

It's an old issue, but in latest playthrough after 2.0 everything was okay, maybe because i talked to her about new taros from PL

In 2.01, she's bugged again, just standing in front of that altar.

Think this issue is caused if you talk to her about the tarot and then complete Heroes. If you talk to her only after completing Heroes or send Jackie's body to Vik and therefore never having the funeral, she doesn't freeze.

It probably isn't even such a difficult fix for CDPR, but because the bug is not "gamebreaking", they never bothered to fix it.

Same. Getting the Psalm schematic is bugged for me as it didn't drop when it was supposed to. Iconic crafted weapons STILL do not display in V's apartments. And Chippin In is broken because Johnny doesn't appear when you go to the Afterlife so you can't progress.

Yeah, same issue here. New 2.0 game and she's just standing there like a statue, not interactable whatsoever. 2.01 didn't seem to fix her either.

I have been told that scanning all NC tarots first will fix her, so I am on my way to try that, although it's gonna take a while.

Finished my PL play-trough without completing old and new Tarot quest, so probably no

Ok, I am reporting back that I just collected the base game Tarot cards in Night City and it indeed fixed Misty for me. I could start a dialogue with her and when I returned she went back to her table and was interactable again.

No PL cards, or not even the ones that are locked behind endgame stuff (like the Tarot in the Smasher boss room) were needed.
