So i discovered that the Mk2 Max Doc is a good source for blue components and have been farming them but all of a sudden, during the same gameplay session, they cant be disassembled, does anyone know why?
Sometimes the game temporary refuses to dimantle certain objects, like for me the epic incendiary grenades.
Yup it can from time to make certain usually scrappable items bug out. In my testing, sometimes it looks like you need to equip the item and relaunch the game.
If any item gets stuck in your UI, all you need to do is clear out a single "not broken" item out to "update" the UI again. For example, use a consumable, or equip an item. It should then re-shuffle the UI to update and remove the scrapped items. I have to do it all the time for clothing mods. They love to get stuck on the UI.
