MMR Bugged?

After today's update my MMR isn't increasing nor decreasing it just froze, Is it me or it's a bug or it's just a normal thing?

I won some games and it's still frozen but other players around my rank seem doing fine with their MMR increasing and passing me

Have you played 25 matches with this faction? If yes, than to increase your total MMR you need to change to faction with less matches or to surpass your current faction's MMR.

BTW: When you are below Pro Rank your MMR should not worry you as it does not matter too much.
