Mod Idea - Unique runes and glyphs

Simple idea really - scatter about the game world a variety of powerful, uncraftable and one of a kind runes and glyphs. They could be more powerful versions of existing upgrades or have powers that compliment specific abilities.

Must also add fine, high quality rakes to the game. Every one I've found in the world has been broken.

I think instead of just adding runes to find in the game maybe it'd be better if we found ultra rare diagrams for said runes so we could craft them ourselves with high level materials?

I rather like the idea of finding the diagrams, then finding the materials, then going to an appropriate level smith to get something epic and powerful rather than simply finding them.
