Hi, since we all have to wait for the toolset.. i made some rain retexturesi didnt like the original rain because it was almost invisible and everyone kept running from it..now they have a reason to run and hide ;Dit really looks MUCH better then the original rain (espacially if the game is running fast 8800gt+) - you have to try it out !!download here (put the file as is into your override or whatever folder u use after the ..data directory)http://www.mediafire.com/?4d53kbwny2n

The screens are above in the first post... and yes this worked with the EE (1.4 version, I haven't had a chance to test with 1.5 yet because the link is bad).

Bump.NOBODY has this?If not, I guess I'll make a new one myself. Since it's apparently only texture work it's right down my alley, and with a little trial and error I should be able to get it right.I just really liked the original version... damn.

Unfortunately neither link works for me. The second link counts down to zero, then loads repeatedly (alternates between "loading", "done" etc). Tried clicking everything and tried two different browsers. Could somebody kindly upload this file again somewhere? Thanks for any help.

try a different browser, it works in Opera 10 / Firefox 3.5 / Konqueror 4.3

Just a quick question; does this mod work with MoD's "The Witcher Texturen Mod!" and Roxtars Hi-Res Character Models without messing anything up? I have installed The Witcher Vanilla + downloaded EE(1.4) + 1.5 Patch (german language).Thanks.AX Edit: Just tested it myself; works flawless so far.^^

Thank you, Licaon_Kter, for the link. IMHO, the "Type 2" rain looks nicest and now gives the people something to go & shelter from! John_1231 did a good job, well done to him.
