(MOD REQUEST) - Dpeth of field, in-game/cutscene setting

Please someone make an option to turn off in-game depth of field while leaving it on in the cutscenes. I hate the depth of field in-game, especially now that i'm using vikart's mod and i can see the distant mountains. I dont need to simulate bad eye vision coz my eyes are fine thanks
