Wait... I just took a look at those pictures you posted. These E3 scabbards look like the vanilla scabbards, but switched (silver sword scabbard on steel sword and vice versa) and with a few material and color changes.
So... that's a really minor thing. Maybe a mod that just reallocates the scabbard textures could be made that simply switches the steel and silver scabbards. That would be a quick hackjob version of the E3 scabbards I guess.

Yeah but don't hold your breath. Do not let the wait for that mod stop you from playing the game.
You're better off searching on Nexus yourself. I don't think you'll find anything but it's worth a try. Maybe just stick to vanilla for now and just pick whatever you like from the list I posted. That was what I could find in 5 minutes.

theres the swords someone just needs to change the silver sword scabbard like on the screen and it would be like the e3 ones plus u can change them with the starting ones and the wolf set it would be amazing if someone would actually get the swords and just change the silver sword scabbards to e3 with the starting swords and wolf set

thats pretty cool expect the line or w/e its called on the silver sword if it could be the same as steel one or atleast black would have been amazing
