[Mod Request] Geralt's Animation Diversifier

While playing the game I've noticed that some combat animations only show up after having invested certain number of ability points into the combat tree (such as the spinning that replaces rolling), while some other fancier animations only show up after a while into combat, which I think is related to the number of adrenaline points.

If my observations are true, I'd very much like a mod that cancels these triggering conditions and allow every animation a chance to show up regardless of skill tree investment and/or adrenaline points. Is that possible with the current version of RedKit?
