[mod request/question] novigrad roofs

ok here we go. In the famous 2013 debut gameplay trailer, when geralt is walking in novigrad there are roofs with black marks or something like that, is it posible to recreate it or mod it? the roofs are still there but without these marks, as far as i know there are modders that are capables of mod novigrad roofs.

Which marks do you mean? Can you show some screenshots?

Well i can to explain better, as i said when geralt is walking in novigrad at the left and at the background you see the buildings, these buildings are still in the Game but the roof has white marks, in the final Game the roof are still here and are the same, but without these marks It have rocks and lumber but are all black.
