[Mod Request] Sharpening on everything but foliage

I have always found the sharpening option a dilemma. Sharpening on high looks so good indoors and on buildings, but it does make grass (and, to an extent, tree leaves) an eye sore. The paper flake presence of grass is only enhanced by sharpening. Yet at the same time, high sharpening means greatly detailed armor, clear building walls etc.

It'd be nice to have a mod that separates grass from everything else, and let us apply sharpening on everything but grass.

This is virtually impossible without having the shaders exposed.

Disable it in game and add it back via sweetfx. Can vouch that approach works. As in you can customize an overall sharpening for your image that doesn't make any elements look offensive.

More impossible mod requests done by people who couldn't spare 5 minutes to read about the mod tools.

I believe this exact same question appeared on reddit few months ago where i explained why it's impossible.
Shader can't differentiate between objects, really.
To do so i assume that foliage would have to be rendered in separate depth pass, which would be highly ineffective.
