I found this mod made by KoalafiedKiller here, but it don't work for the last patch (1.22) anymore. Can anyone update it please? Thanks in advance.
I think it should be on Nexus, the ability to start with the alternative signs, whirl, rend and arrow deflection from the start makes sense and also the experience more enjoyable (given the diversity of options to face combat)

No, that mod allows to active skills without slot them, the mod i talk unlocks and active the skills i mentioned without expend points to get them from the start of the game
